Too many people forget that when they are at an interview that it's actually a two-sided process. They get trapped into thinking, "I have to impress the interviewer". As true as that may be, they should also consider the fact that the interviewer should impress you. Be active and ask the interviewer good, hard questions. Make sure the company you want to work with is a good fit for you. Do your homework and research the company.
